Quick and easy dinner

It is Sunday night after a busy weekend filled with sports practice, chores and sleepovers. Shocking but the last thing on my mind was tonight’s dinner. After a quick check in the fridge, freezer and pantry I had the perfect easy dinner idea.

We had frozen a batch of spaghetti sauce last month, so I pulled that out. Then I remembered the container of ricotta cheese that I got at the grocery store last weekend, so I grabbed that. Next I was on the hunt for some pasta. I found a box of jumbo shells in the pantry, perfect!


I figured a spoonful of ricotta into each shell, top with a bit of spaghetti sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, bake for a bit and voila dinner!
